I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were quiet and clean, with a nice view from the 4th-floor deck, but they were just okay. The service was excellent, with very nice and helpful staff taking care of me during my stay. The location was great, near the Boise Center meeting, but finding parking was a bit challenging. The dining options were good and delicious, especially the classic breakfast at the Grove. Overall, it was a decent stay with some highlights and room for improvement.
